Legal Agreement

1.1 Community Moderation & Automated Removal

T1 operates as a self-moderated ecosystem. To maintain community standards, we employ an automated reporting threshold: If a post exceeds a ratio of 10 reports per 100 views, the content is automatically permanently removed from the platform.

1.2 Progressive Banning Policy

Abuse of the platform results in automated sanctions. Users who have three (3) or more posts removed within a rolling 30-day window will be automatically suspended for a duration of one (1) month.

Permanent Termination: If a user account accumulates ten (10) separate bans within a 24-month period, the account, profile, and all associated content will be irrevocably deleted from our servers.

1.3 User Content License

While you retain ownership of your original content, by publishing on T1, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and process (including AI transcription) said content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the material you post.

1.4 Tokens & Financial Transactions

Token purchases are processed via Stripe. Digital tokens are deemed "consumed" upon successful credit to your account. Under EU consumer law, once a digital service is provided immediately upon purchase, the right of withdrawal is waived. All sales are final and non-refundable.

2.1 Data Collection & Processing

We process data under the legal basis of "Contractual Necessity" and "Legitimate Interest" (Security). Collected data includes:

• Identity: Username and Email address.
• Metadata: IP addresses and unique browser fingerprints used to prevent ban evasion.
• Audio/Visual: Media files uploaded for public sharing.
• Geolocation: Precise coordinates (latitude/longitude) used only if location-based services are activated by the user.

2.2 AI & Third-Party Processing

To provide transcription services, audio data is processed via Google Gemini AI. This data is transmitted securely and is used solely for generating text versions of your audio content. We do not use your personal data to train external models or for profiling purposes.

2.3 Data Subject Rights
